Hi, I'm Erin, the heart and soul behind Cooper Valley Events!
I believe your wedding should feel calm, joyful, and completely yours, not like a production you're managing behind the scenes. With over decade of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, along with a background as a bakery owner, I've always had a love for celebrating life's sweetest moments. In 2024, I officially launched Cooper Valley Events to return to my true passion: creating meaningful, joyful, and beautifully organized weddings.
After working with couples in various seasons of life, one thing became clear to me: the most meaningful weddings happen when couples are fully present. Not answering vendor questions. Not directing family. Not checking timelines, but simply soaking in every second. This is why I intentionally limit my calendar to two weddings per month.
While you work with me, you're not one of many; you're one of two.
As a stay-at-home mom to two wonderful kids and a former 911 dispatcher, I know firsthand the importance balancing chaos with calm, and that's exactly what I bring to every wedding day: the calm! I believe in thoughtful details, vendor relationships, and being the steady presence couples can count on. Whether I'm fluffing a bride's train or managing a last-minute change, I'm all in.

Because I accept only two clients per month, this is also where we ensure we're a perfect fit for one another. When your date is secure, you officially become one of a very limited number of clients I serve that month and you'll feel that level of attention immediately.
