Hi I'm Erin, the heart and soul behind Cooper Valley Events!
With over a decade of experience in the catering and hospitality industry and a background as a bakery owner, I've always had a love for celebrating life's sweetest moments. In 2024, I officially launched Cooper Valley Events to return to my true passion: creating meaningul, joyful and beauitfully organized weddings.
As a stay-at-home Mom to two wonderful kids and previous 911 Dispatcher, I know first hand the importance of balancing chaos with calm and that's exactly what I bring to every wedding day, the calm! I believe in thoughtful details, vendor relationships and being the steady presence couples can count on. Whether I'm fluffing a bride's train or managing a last-minute change, I'm all in.
