Month of Wedding Coordination

You've done the planning, now let me bring it all together. My Month-of Coordination package ensures every detail you've worked so hard on is flawless executed. We'll step in about 4-6 weeks before your wedding to finalize logistics, confirm your vendors, create your timeline, run your rehearsal, and manage your big day, so you can relax enjoy every moment.

  • Up to 12 hours of Wedding Day Coordination

  • Venue walk-through 4-6 weeks out from wedding day to finalize details and layout

  • Unlimited phone and email support during business hours 

  • Vendor contract review

  • Rehearsal coordination 

  • Coordination of vendor set-up and breakdown

  • Main contact liason for all vendors, guest, family, etc. 

  • Create detail timeline for overall wedding, along with broken down timelines for ceremony and reception

  • Help create photo shot list and facilitate streamlined photos with your photographer 

  • Assist with minor set up items, place & go items suchs as signs, guest seating cards, etc. More defined during our free consulation. 

  • Access to our user friendly spreadsheet for seating charts and more!

Partial Wedding Planning 

Our Partial Wedding Planning service is designed for couples who are already heavy into the planning process but want expert support to bring it all together, smoothly. Need help finding your last few vendors, we got it! Still working on your vision, we can help!

  • All of our Month-of Coordination Services

  • 4 Virtual Planning Consultations

  • Assistances in sourcing remaining vendors based on clients style and budget.

  • Assistance with with and decor style/layout of wedding based on client aesthetic

  • Source and neogotiate room blocks for out of town guests.

  • Many of our services for this package are based on our couple's individual needs and will be determined during our consultation if they fall into our partial planning or full planning package.
